About Me

My path to energy healing was winding, beginning with nearly 30 years in corporate and nonprofit roles. Though always intuitive and empathetic, it didn't always lead me to the right spaces or people. That resulted in me being driven by a strong desire to please others- often at my own expense.

Traditional talk therapy helped but only took me so far. Turning to alternative healing like meditation, mindfulness, Reiki Healing, and Sound Healing transformed my journey. These practices opened me to a greater awareness of my life’s purpose. For the first time, I was able to let down my walls and express my true self- free from societal expectations.

I began embracing my intuition, empathy, and love for others, tuning into the subtle vibrations of all living things, the Earth, and the Universe. I finally found peace, love, and the ability to ‘let go’- the essential elements I believe all humans need to thrive.

In my free time, I enjoy Montana’s natural beauty hiking and camping. I also enjoy painting, singing, dancing, and playing instruments, as well as meditating and collecting rocks and crystals.
