Too many of us live in a state of chronic stress- rushing from one task to the next, rarely pausing to breathe, reflect, or simply be. In this whirlwind, our bodies, minds, and spirits often bear the weight, leaving us feeling anxious, out of balance, and longing for deeper peace, clarity, and meaning.

My focus is on helping people like you release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with a deeper sense of peace and inner calm. I use Reiki, Sound Healing, and Tuning Fork Facials- gentle, yet powerful tools that can help you realign physically, emotionally, and energetically. I also offer Sacred Ceremonies for groups- beautifully held experiences honoring the elements, sharing meaningful intentions, and deepening heart-centered connections with your community. These ceremonies- whether Fire, Water, Moon, Crystal, Cacao, or Drumming- are powerful tools for collective healing and transformation.

I’m a Reiki Level II practitioner, Certified Sound Healer, Sacred Ceremonies Facilitator, and Intuitive Empath. I provide these gentle, non-invasive techniques to support your body’s natural ability to heal and restore balance. I believe these holistic services should be offered to the community in a more genuine and accessible way- to uplift our collective vibration and remind us of our deep connection to one another, the Earth, and the Universe.
