Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing (in partnership with “The Healing Shack”)
Saturday, April 18th, 2026- 6:30pm-8:30pm.
This is your invitation to soften, exhale, and return to balance. Laura (Founder of “The Healing Shack” and 50 ERYT & Reiki Master) will guide you into fully supported restorative poses designed to calm the nervous system and release tension. As you rest, Annie (Founder of “Healing Echoes, LLC” and Certified Sound Healer and Reiki Practitioner) offers immersive sound healing- both group sound bath and individual tone, along with gentle Reiki to support energetic alignment and deep relaxation.
During this offering, you will experience:
-Slow, supported postures
-Healing sound vibrations
-Reiki for balance and restoration
